Introducing my beloved creation… the hippie wrap. My sustenance through nursing school. (That, and Diet Dr. Pepper)

This is a wrap you can make in 2 minutes and not have to dirty any dishes! I just use a paper towel. Also, it’s pretty healthy.

It’s so simple that you can make it quickly & take it on the go. It’s also yummy and fancy enough to treat your {last minute} lunch guests to, along with some cilantro lime rice and black beans and fresh berries.
