Hippie Wrap

Friends let me say that this may change your life!

Introducing my beloved creation… the hippie wrap. My sustenance through nursing school. (That, and Diet Dr. Pepper)

This is a wrap you can make in 2 minutes and not have to dirty any dishes! I just use a paper towel. Also, it’s pretty healthy.

It’s so simple that you can make it quickly & take it on the go. It’s also yummy and fancy enough to treat your {last minute} lunch guests to, along with some cilantro lime rice and black beans and fresh berries.

Here’s what you will need:

  • HEB brand Southwest flavored tortillas
  • Roasted Garlic Hummus
  • Sundried tomato turkey
  • Muenster cheese
  • Baby spinach

The rest is pretty self-explanatory! But if you need directions…

First you take the hummus and ya spread it, ya spread it.

Then you take the meat and ya plop it, ya plop it.

Then you take the spinach and arrange it, arrange it

Then you take the cheese and you melt it, all over it {30 seconds microwave}
